About

Supporting Growth, Confidence, and Resilience

I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, using evidence-based practices to treat anxiety and depression while helping clients build meaningful social connections and strengthen executive functioning and organizational skills. I also focus on building confidence and self-esteem so that each client can maximize their potential and see their best self. I believe that every client already has the capacity to face life’s challenges. My role is to help them recognize and develop the skills they already possess, while learning new strategies that support growth and resilience. At the core of my practice is a strong belief in each client’s potential. I work collaboratively with young people to set attainable and meaningful goals—empowering them to recognize their progress and take pride in their growth.
